Junior Youth is home to the teenagers of Christ the King, walking with them through the years between childhood and adulthood. Through fellowship, teaching and genuine friendship, the group helps young people grow up rooted in Christ and confident in who God has made them to be.
Founders. Bro. Nana Atuobi Yiadom, Bro. Ben Kwakye, Bro. Michael Nii-Adjei, and two sisters from YPG — Sister Edith Konney and Sister Lydia Awhaitey, who later became leaders.
The Junior Youth of Christ the King Congregation was formed in May 1990 through the instrumentality of Bro. Nana Atuobi Yiadom, Bro. Ben Kwakye, Bro. Michael Nii-Adjei, and two sisters from YPG — Sister Edith Konney and Sister Lydia Awhaitey, who later became leaders — with twelve members.
